Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Inkt website, products, and services (the “Service”) provided by Inkt (“Inkt,” “we,” “us”). If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms for that organization. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. Early access is offered to a limited group and may be invitation-only. You’re responsible for the information you give us, for activity under your account, and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Your work stays yours

You keep all rights to the material you upload and the assistant you build (“Your Content”). You grant us only the limited permission needed to host and process Your Content so we can provide the Service to you. We don’t sell Your Content, and we don’t use it to train models you don’t own. You’re responsible for having the rights to the material you add.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe anyone’s rights;
• upload content you don’t have the rights to use;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• use the Service to build a competing product, or to mislead or harm others.

5. Free trial and fees

Some features may be offered on a free trial. Paid plans, if and when introduced, will be described at sign-up, and we’ll give you clear notice of any charges before they apply. Taxes may be added where required.

6. Intellectual property

The Service itself — our software, design, and brand — belongs to Inkt and is protected by law. These Terms don’t give you any rights to our marks or technology except the right to use the Service as intended.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. By using the Service, you agree to that policy.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. AI-generated output can be wrong or incomplete; you’re responsible for reviewing what your assistant produces before relying on it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inkt will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or, if you paid nothing, to one hundred dollars. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

10. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. If we end the Service, we’ll give you a reasonable chance to export Your Content where practical.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We’ll post the new version here and update the date above; material changes will be highlighted. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Inkt is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your home country still apply.
